Is possible to limit maximum users number and bandwidth in a WLC 7030?

I want to limit maximum number of users per SSID and bandwitdh per user. Is possible to do this, like is done with Virtual Controller?

You would limit users per radio using the Max Associations parameter in the SSID profile http://www.arubanetworks.com/techdocs/ArubaOS_64_Web_Help/Web_Help_Index.htm#ArubaFrameStyles/VirtualAPs/SSID_Profiles.htm  By default this is 64.

 The bandwidth that a user is restricted is configured in the user role.

You can limit users per radio per ssid in the ssid profile in the advanced mode (see the screen-shot)

the bandwidht can be limited in the role  (see the screen-shot)
