    Hi guys,

I have a customer who has been modifying the configuration he was left with without applying any change control.

Having decided he was getting poor load balancing he set the limit per AP of 12 clients. As a result his APs service up to 12 and clients will not associate to another AP until the nearest one is "full".

By setting his client limit to 12 did the customer disable normal load balancing?

When looking at AP details screen, see below, it states load balancing is "inactive" - has he inadvertantly switched it off when setting his client limit?

    Cheers guys!

Do you have spectrum load balancing enabled under the

    802.11a radio profile ?

    Thanks
