Our local controller stop communication with master and now all the AP managed by Master controller. We are facing issue that our core switch is down. After we unplug the local controller cable from core switch, core switch back to normal. Anyone facing this issue before?

How long has this been happening?

What has been changed on your network?

    Thanks,

    Hi Capalli,

U means spanning tree on controller or core switch itself?

You should open a TAC case in parallel.  There are so many things that could have happened; we would only be guessing while your network is down..
