Lost Controller Management

    Hi. I have an Aruba Controller 3200XM with 6.3.1.9 version. After adding the first PEFNG license I lost SSH and Web management. The only way to manage the Controller is thru console cable. Does anyone have any advice to fix it

    Make sure the port that is connected to your network is trusted.

     

    For example:  

    show interface gigabitethernet 0/1

     

    Look for This port is TRUSTED near the bottom

    If it is not marked as trusted; run the following for the appropriate port:

     

    config t

    interface gigabitethernet 0/1  (or appropriate port or port-channel for your connection)

    trusted

    wr mem

    Thanks Clembo. After marking the port as trusted the management of the controller got back
