    Please can someone share the Lync 2013 optimization settings for Wi-Fi, the servers and APs are located in two different countries.

    I agree with Tim; please try and engage your local Aruba SE or Reseller for a larger design discussion that is specific to your environment/deployment.  In the meantime, the Lync over Aruba Wi-Fi VRD would be a good start:
