Dear All,

I need your advices , i have configured and test in lab a Mesh link between 2 AP 275 in order to deploy it in POC , in the lab all works correctly (in a short distance).

After the deployment , the one AP get instablle , and the other get off.

the distance between mesh portal and mesh point is between 50 and 60 , Meters, with a clear line of site , the used version is 6.4.3.5 .

could you please advice me please.

Are these controller-based access points, or IAPs?

Sometimes it takes awhile to restablish the mesh link at that distance (10 minutes).  How long did you wait?  Did you console into the far end mesh AP to take a look?

it's an Controlleur Based AP .

the Access point are still installed  .

For the Mesh point, you should type:

show ap allowed-channels country-code <your country code> ap-type AP-275

Make sure that your mesh portal is on one of those allowed outdoor channels.  The mesh point will only scan on outdoor channels.  The only other option is to get a console cable and take a look at the AP275 on the far side and what is wrong.

have you analyzed the output of

show ap mesh tech-support ap-name <ap-name> <filename>

Most of the times it gives you valuable information.

You can share it if you want.
