MESH with AP 175p Advice

    Hello

    If a client already own a few APS 175P and they want to do some mesh between them let say

    AP A to AP B  which has 1km

    What antenna you guys recommend?

     

    I really have not configured mesh for long distances so well i bealive that would be the antenna 5314 of 30 Degrees.   That would reach the 1 km? with no issues?

    Check out our Outdoor 3D Planner.  It uses Google Earth to display Mesh links and client coverage models in 3D after compiling the information in the Aruba Networks planning tool.  The tool is free to use and you can model different APs and different antennas.

     

    I am attaching a training .ppt that should provide all you need to get started.

    Correct, the 5314 will be your best fit....

    Howard do you know what would be the maximum distance for that antenna if we got line of sigh?? i mean having good Throughput, i mean full 300Mbps on 5ghz to be specific.
