MacOS 10.11 and web portal.

    We are seeing the following issue, and wondering if anyone has seen it..

    Macs running 10.11 (El Capitan) cannot see the web portal the first time on the network.  They connect to the ssid, get an IP, and show on the controller and cppm with correct role.  But they show no datapath session traffic when trying to surf the web (we should see traffic and interception by the portal).  This gets fix after restarting the computer.  Happens ONLY on MacOS 10.11, with any browser.  Browser shows “no internet connection”.

    Controller 7240 running 6.4.3.1

    CPPM running 6.5.2
