    Hi,

I have installed "via" to my macbook pro computer running on MacOS Sierra. I'm trying to connect border.metu.edu.tr. The internet connection is my wireless internet in home. I see "Untrusted network" in the main screen of via, and cannot connect to the remote server. I can connect with a windows running desktop with the same wireless network and with the same settings.

Do you have any advice rgarding to my problem?

    Thanks.

    Ok.

Find out what your public internet address is where your mac osx via client is.  Go to the controller and type "show datapath session table <public ip address>" and see if there is any traffic coming from your client when you try to start the connection.

You should really reach out to your university's IT department.
