    Hi All,

     

    Controller: 7010

    Version: 6.4.4.9

     

    I have users that are in the blacklist on my controller and they are set to 10 minutes and then they will be removed. I tried removing them manually before the time is up but it does not allow me to do this.

     

    I select the mac-address that I want to remove and when I click on "Remove From Blacklist" it does nothing and the mac-address is still in the bllacklist. 

     

    Does anyone know why this is happening and how can this be fixed?

    You should type "show audit-trail" to see why that is not working.

     

    You can also try manually removing them from the commandline by using 

     

    (Aruba7005-US) #stm remove-blacklist-client ?

    <client-mac>            client to remove from DoS list

    Please try to upgrade to 6.4.4.11.  You could be running into the issue below:
