    Hi,

Im quite new in Master/Local environment. Let say in my enviroment have 100 AP, which one in below is the best solution :

    1) Install 100 AP licensing in both master and local controller.

    2) Install 100 AP license in master controller and enable centralized licensing.

    Please advise. Thanks.

Centralized licensing was introduced in ArubaOS 6.3 because it is easier to manage licenses in a single place. Use #2.

    Hi Amirmustakim,

As Colin suggested you can use Centralised licensing for your deployment but you don't need to install all licenses only in the master, if we enable centralised licensing, licensing server will collect licensing information from all the controllers and updates the licensing pool.when a controller needs a license Master will allocate and again updates the pool with current valid licenses.

Make a not, Controller will not share factory installed licenses towards the pool.

Hope you got some more clarity.
