Master-Local user idle timeout is not working.

    controller is master-local, captive portal and Internal DB

    I setting user idle time 3600 sec on aaa profiel and L3 authentication

    but when reconnect it's must login every time.

     

    what happen and how can i solve it?

    the Captive Portal authentication profile has a user idle timeout.  Set that to 3600..

    Security > Authentication > L3 Authentication

    2.  Type:

     

    show user ip <ip address of user> | include Idle

     

    Print that output here.
