Missing Device Types in Monitor Screen

    I have a 3600 Controller. When monitoring clients in the - Monitor tab->All WLAN Clients screen -> Global Clients section. I see a few clients where the "Device Type" is blank. Why?

    The controller couldn't profile the device.

    If the device did not communicate over port 80 and has a browser agent, the controller probably could not profile it.
