Mobility Controllers behind multiple routers

We're currently running two controllers clustered, and managed by mobility master 8.5.0.10.

The clustered controllers are setup behind multiple routers that are only passing layer 2 traffic down to the controller.

Would there be any issues with multiple routers passing all unique L2 vlans down to the controllers that have the same IP address space?

    Here's an example-

    R1 192.168.0.0/18 (vlan 10), R2 192.168.0.0./18 (vlan 20), R3 192.168.0.0/18 (vlan 30), and so forth.

Aruba TAC is stating that this isn't possible.

Multiple routers should not be an issue, multiple devices using the same IP address would be.

This has to do with the controller's internal firewall's state table that contains the IP addresses of the (untrusted) clients, associated with the role. If the IP range is only overlapping, but the IP addresses itself are unique, then it may work, but it will be hard to guarantee that.

thanks! that fixed our issue whenever we created non-overlapping IP space.

No more random disconnects on the wireless network.
