What happens o the TTL value of a multicast packet when it is received by a controller? If the TTL is set to 1, will the controller forward the packet?

I ran a packet capture on the controller and wireshark highlights the TTL value of 1 as apossible problem, see the attached image.

It would typically be dropped if you don't have IGMP snooping or IGMP proxy enabled.  Multicast should exist only in a single subnet unless there is some sort of router to forward it.
