Can anyone tell me what the following log entry actually means? I am seeing quite a few entries like this on a few APs and have had reports of clients dropping their connection. I have no specific client to debug at this point so I am looking at the AP logs.  What I see looks like users getting blacklisted for some user defined  reason. Am I right?

user-defined typically means that users are being blacklisted by a rule.  Disable blacklisting in your Virtual AP.

    Thanks cjoseph.

I thought I might be dealing with a client black list issue.

Is there any way to determine what the actual user-defined reason might be?

    Thanks in advance.

    Thanks again.

I'll have a review of my ACLs.
