    Hi Guys and girls.

After a bit of help just taken on a new client as the old IT company has gone awol and its taken a couple of days just to get to where we are now. I have access to the servers now the NAS, CCTV etc and now the last piece of the jigsaw in is the AP's. Got a sonic wall in place to which i have managed to access and can see thats dishing out DHCP on two ranges how ever doing an IP scan on both ranges i cant see any AP's or the controller. The controller is a ARCN0104 which i believe is a cloud based controller. So if the client has no details the old IT compnay are no more and uncontactable how would i gain access to it ?

Any help is greatly appriciated :)

    Many Thanks

    Rob

Hopefully you have a Cisco console cable and com port on your PC (+fysical access to the controller)?

Put it in the console port on the controller and use following credentials user: password

    password: forgetme!

Go into enable mode by typing "enable"

    Enable password = enable

    Type "configure terminal"

    Reset the admin password

    "mgmt-user admin root"

    > choose a new password

    Log out via exit

Now log in via admin/ new password

    enable

    show ip interface brief

Now you should have the ip adress and should be able to access the GUI with your credentials.
