New APs can't be added to a floor VisualRF

    I can see all the APs that are already placed in other buildings but not APs I just added with a new local controller. The controller and APs are already discovered without error by Airwave. Any ideas?

    Have you moved the APs from "New Devices" to a group inside Airwave?   If not, they won't show up in the VisualRF deployment box. 

     

    If you have already moved them, sometimes VisualRF can take a few minutes to process everything and catch up, especially if you have lots of devices and/or a slow server.

    I moved them over from New Devices yesterday.

    I just went to try and add it again and I can see the new APs now! They all show an uptime of 1h 44 min though, even though the controller shows the APs have been up for 24h.
