Wireless Access

The new Aruba Feature request system has gone live.  It can be accessed by clicking on the 'Access Feature Requests via Ideas Portal' link on the bottom right of the support.arubanetworks.com home page.  A valid support account is required to access the Ideas system.

The new system has some nice benefits for customers including:

• Filing feature requests directly
• Viewing the full list of their requests
• Viewing the status of the requests
• Viewing and voting on other customers requests
• Getting feedback directly from product management

Please let us know what you think of the new system.

Doesnt work.  Says insufficient access priviledges.  And I am registered at the support site.

Worked for me, posted something. Stupid question, were you logged in?

The feature request system does require that you are logged into the support site.  Please let me know if you are still having problems.  I have seen a bunch of new requests come in from customers so I know it is working for most people.

Since the support/partner site change a couple of weeks ago, I can't access the Feature Request site now.

Same here, I have opened a TAC case to get this resolved, still waiting, been close to a week now..
