On the WebUI, the center window panel should list the APs that are part of that VC’s cluster. If your other IAP-207 joined the cluster, you’ll see two APs listed there.

You need to ensure that both of the IAP’s are in the same broadcast domain. Auto election will not occur if the AP’s are not in the same broadcast domain.

Are they in the same subnet? Is there any fire walls blocking traffic between the IAP.

Have you performed basic troubleshooting to confirm each IAP can reach each other?

Hey no key as such for the Aruba IAP. Providing you have auto join enabled and the IAP are in the same broadcast domain they will find each other and automatically elect a Master. Is the trunk ports which the IAP connected on the same configuration?

They will both show the Master IP as this means the IAP is aware of who has elected itself as the Master IAP. Each IAP will have a unique IP address. Yes you should configure a VC IP for management purposes.
