No VisualRF data for Cisco 3502 AP's

    I have airwave v7.3.7 32bit installed and have recently upgraded my AP's to Cisco 3502 and 3602.  Airwave is recognizing them as Aironet 1000 LWAPP's.  I can't get any VisualRF data from them and there is no settings in Device Setup/communications that I can see to configure the credentials.  Any ideas?

    I  believe support for the 3500s came in 7.3.8; and the 3600 series in 7.5.4.

    Are those 64bit versions or can I get a 32bit upgrade?

    There should be a 32bit for 7.3.8; but not 7.5.4.

    Thanks clembo.  I'm still trying to get managment to OK the 64bit OS upgrade.  This may be the push they need.
