No license for feature added

some times a feature will not be worming for example

 

AP not Broadcast because of the shortage license

 

- No license for feature added

 

Ho can i Troubleshoot and find the root cause ??

You can see if the license features that are enabled (or not) using the following:

cd /mm
show license-pool-profile-root

You can also use this similar but slightly different command to check  installed vs available license counts:

show license pool-profile root

is there any command to show logs

 

for example i didn't add the AP license is there any show logs command to rell that the AP is not regsited as no available license ??

show ap database

Check the flags for the APs, you are looking for the 'L' flag. This means unlicensed.

 

You may also see an error like this '<3398> <WARN> |stm|  No available license type PEFNG for AP' with the following commands:

show log system 20
show log all 20
