Not Able to Ping VC

    i have some AP 205 connected to a 2530-24G. i can see all the AP and the VC on the Airwave AMP. I can ping all the AP's no issue, but i CANNOTping the VC.

     

    I also have one AP 205 trunked to a Cisco 2960X and i can see it in the AirWave AMP and the VC it created. I can also ping this AP, but in this instance i CAN ping the VC with no issue.

     

    what could be the issue with the Aruba 2530-24G switch whcih is causing this problem? The 2530 is trunked directly to my Cisco Core switch stack.

    Where are you pinging the VC from?

    i was pinging from my aruba switch, my core switch and my pc. the aruba switches all needed the vlan added to it as the primary vlan and management vlan. once that was done and the default vlan was disabled, everything started working.
