That is easy to to as long as you have ip connectivity.
Set up a tftp server (eg. https://tftpd32.jounin.net/) and point it to the directory where you have the new firmware downloaded.
Then from CLI check what partition is currently used:
show image version
Then just use the copy command to copy the firmware file to, preferably, the other partition.

When that is done the controller will tell you to reboot. Reboot and voila.. you should be done.
