    We are using iap and we're not able to see ssid depending on device used but in my phone all ssids are visible but from my laptop its not there. both my devices are 5g and 2.4g capable please help

    my lenovo thinkpad e480. Device is capable of 2.4 and 5ghz

    My lenovo e480. my iphone is able to see all ssid and my colleague's is able to see all ssid using lenovo e480. My iphone is able to see all ssid. were  using the same model of laptop but he is able to see all ssid. Were using 8.5.0.2 os for iap

    Have you look at the driver settings? Are both laptops running the same chipset and the same driver?

    Aside from the driver is there any possible configuration adjustment for my laptop to detect the ssid?

    What access point?

     

    What channel is the access point on?  That card might not be scanning the channels that your access point is on.  https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/89450/intel-dual-band-wireless-ac-3165.html
