    16,000

Your big challenge is attempting to manage that amount of mac addresses in either the GUI or the commandline of the controller.  In the long run it is better to have an external policy server like clearpass to authenticate and manage mac addresses.

    Thankyou for the prompt response.

One more thing I want to know that controllers are running in Master-Master redundancy and with database synchronization feature.

Does the Master synchronize internal database ( MAC addresses) with the standby master ?

If you have "database synchronize" on, yes it does synchronize between master and backup master.  The default is every 30 minutes.
