OfficeConnect OC20 issue

    Hello,

     

    I can not activate a new OC20 AP, i entred an email of activation and a pasword but the activation dont work.

     

    I checked the internet connection, everything is fine. I dont understand where is the problem.

     

    Could you please help me to fix this issue

    Hi,

     

    The issue was resolved, the problème was with the OS version. Upgrading the firmware solve the issue.
