Onboarding problems on IPHONE5 products

Hi, we currently had an onboarding issue for IPHONE5 products running 8.2 IOS. When the correct SSID was tapped on, usually a window appear requiring a username and a password to connect to that certain SSID, but what happened to some users is instead of having two boxes, 1 for username and 1 for password, it turns out to be one box which require a PASSWORD only for that particular SSID. So the result is DENIED.
Whoever might have the same issue before an had a solution for this please do let me know. Thank you.
