    Hi,

    I am implementing wifi solution in a school . Customer wants to create student - username and password based authentication;

    AD+Radius or Internal database in controller.

    >>>What is the " internal database limit " of controller?? how many users will it support ??

    Also customer wants that a student should use one device at a time. For guest ssid there is option for "single log on" . is there any option for internal ssid ?how this can be achieved ?

    Here mac binding wont help as student should be able to use all devices (ipad,cellphone,netbook) but one at a time.

    Thanks

    the internal database supports 4000 users. Single logon is only available from the captive portal authentication. There are different external radius servers like Clearpass that will support a single logon for user using an internal wireless network but it is not supported on aruba controller directly as a feature.
