I was wondering if there's any issues with the outdoor planning tool or is anybody experiencing the same issue , I keep getting this everytime I submit the .kmz file:

I tried different browsers but got the same result.

    Victor,

Your KMZ has to be configured correctly, with the waypoints in a folder called "Locations".

Please see my 2 videos on how to use 3DOP  here - http://www.arubanetworks.com/technology/engineer-videos/

I think I had a similar issues when I was using the tool.  The issue ended up being that my AP names had - (dashes) in them and the tool didn't accept them.  The error message didn't say such, but that was the issue hahaha.

After removing the dashes I still got the same error.

I think I am going to start from scratch and give it a try....

    Victor,

There are two problems with the screen shot you sent.

The Locations fold must be the top level folder inside the KMZ.  It cannot be in a lower level.

And the placemarks must be *in* the Locations folder.  In your screenshot, they are outside the folder.

    Hope that helps.

Did it work even with the dashes in the AP names?

Well the dashes were removed already when I moved the APs to the location folder.

I will try changing the AP names with dashes and see if it still works
