PC cannot see particular SSID

    Hi ,

    PC cannot see particular SSID and it see only a channel  in an area

     

     

    What could be the problems , is it a design issue

    Is your SSID configured for a certain band (2.4 vs 5) instead of both?

    configured both , other area i am able to connect

    What AP model? Are these APs in a different group with an AM or SM config?

    Hi,

     

    Mostly this issue is because of AM mode, check whether the AP is on AP mode or AM mode. if it is on AM mode, it will not broadcast SSID, sometimes ARM will convert AP into AM mode while fine tuning the spectrum.

    you can check the same by using "show ap databse "

    What model of AP is it?  Some older models were single radio only.
