    Today, I use a UML290 with a RAP-5 to provide a 4G backup link to our corporate network.  Using the exact same configuration with a UML295 and RAP-155 (switched to remote AP mode) only changing the usb-type to rndis-pantech-uml295, the 4G never comes up.  I also tried adding the usb-dev 0x10a96064 parameter, which made no difference either.  I am on code version 6.3.1.7.  Has anyone had any luck with this?

    The UML295 on a RAP-155 is not supported until ArubaOS 6.4.1 or 4.1 on InstantOS.
