Preview CaptivePortal won't load

    I've got a tier 1 tech that is preparing a new captive portal screen for our 7008 controller.

     

    When she clicks on the "view captiveportal" link, its only a blank page. We've tried Chrome and IE.

     

    Why wouldn't that load? Does it need java or something?

    I've never had this problem before and it opens fine on my Mac. Windows firewall had no effect.

    Hi,

     

    do you have an interface on that VLAN.  Can you show us the config so we can get more info about the issue.

    We have seen this issue on 6.5.1.4 & this should get addressed in upcoming release.

    I am curious what happened with this. I have two 7210 on 6.5.1.4 code and am experincing the exact same thing. Did this ever get resolved for you ?
