Our wireless clients stops sometimes print over wireless. When I then try to ping our printserver, I get no response. But if I try to ping another server in the same sub network it works.

Can not see anything wrong with the controller, but after a restart of the controller works printouts.

I have stuck with my troubleshooting. I need help?

What is the role that your user gets when he is authenticated and what are the firewall rules attached to that?

    Was there any resolution here?

I am seeing a similar issue. We use the virtual controller with IAP-93s and 105s. A few users have complained that periodically they cannot print.
