Problem with AP-65

    Our wirless infrastrucure is in a hospital environment. Recently, we have had problem with wireless devices connecting to the network. After troubleshooting the devices we have had to reset AP-65s to clear the trouble. The AP-65 inquestion looked perfectly normal, was in the controller database as being up and active. We are running Aruba OS 5.0.3.3.Are there any  commands in CLI that would show a problem with an AP?

    The best thing you can do is get an evaluation version of Airwave to collect statistics.  Do you know how many clients were on that access point when it had problems?  That is one data point is very important and one that airwave would provide...

     

    Airwave is easy to install and highly recommended when you need to troubleshoot problems like this.

    Yes look at the AP, and then drill down to the band, and it will give you all the statistics about what was happening at the time.  You can also use the dual charts to compare different values at the same time and the sliders to compare what those values were historically.  

     

    As an aside, do you have "drop broadcasts" configured on your virtual APs?
