    Dear,

     

    I have a problem when I'm using Vlan Pool on the configuration WLAN .

     

    Ex: VLAN ID 10-200 .

     

    The configuration apply but not work.

    It's not works  when I also use VLAN ID 10,20,30(more than 2 VLANs) or 10-20.

     

    I'm using the version 6.4 on the AP Instant 225 or 215.

     

    How Can I resolve this problem in my client.

    Do yo have VLANs 10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20 trunked to all of your access points?  If not, you should really have only the VLANs you have trunked, separated by commas.  The difference between Instant and the Controller is that if you put 10-20 on the controller, the controller will only trunk users to VLANs that are already assigned on the controller.  In Instant there is no way to define VLANs ahead of time, so you should simply use commas to separate each VLAN instead of a (-)

    Hi Colin.

     

    I have configured some VLAN on the AP, but I can't use more than 2 VLAN's on the AP. It's work in this cenario thw VLAN's 10 and 11. The VLAN's 12 e others not work.

    How I cofigure VLAN Trunk no IAP?

    The client to use NPS with mac autentication and They Need to assigned VLAN for the each Mac Address.

    To be clear, all of the other VLANs that you want to use are trunked to every IAP?

    Yes, but, for the simplify the tests I attempt it's only on the Master IAP.

    Only after I will try in other AP.

    Are you sure that your devices are attempting to connect to the master AP?  If no, then that would explain your problem...

    Do you see any alerts that say what is wrong on the instant screen?  If not, you should open a TAC case.

    Do you mean you create those VLAN inside IAP? Have you try creating those VLAN on switch?.

    I trying configuring some VLAN ID on profile WLAN, but not work.

    For resolve this question, I do parameters of Radius on NPS and configured on side in IAP. It's only that work.
