    Hello,

we had made an Update from Release 3.3.x.x to Release 6.1.2.7 (with all necessary update Steps). On the Controller are Alcatel IP Touch 310/610 connected that have the newest Binary installed. Now after the Controllerupdate this Phones have up to six Seconds Interruptions while Roaming during active calls. This interruptions where not seen before the Update. WPA2  PSK with AES is used. Some test had shown that the Problem only exists while using any kind of WPA. Tests with WEB Keys and OPEN Authentication does not show any interruption.

Anybody an Idea what could cause this habit, maybe changes in default settings?

Thank you and best Regards Mirko

Do you have OKC (Opportunistic Key Caching) enabled in the 802.1x profile, under Advanced?

What version of software are you running for these phones?

I apologize.  Upon looking at the datasheet for that phone, it looks like the Spectralink 8030.  In that case, please download the roaming VRD here:   http://www.arubanetworks.com/pdf/technology/DG_Roaming.pdf  and look for "Polycom SpectraLink 8020/8030 Wireless Telephones Configuration Template " and try the specific configuration template for your phone.
