RAP-155 Firmware Upgrade Fails - No response from server

    RAP-155 running 6.4.2.0-4.1.1.1_46936. Attempting to use "Check for New Version" fails with no response from server. Apparently there is a certificate issue that may be preventing the update from occurring?

     

    Any suggestions?

    Yes.  You need to upgrade to 4.1.1.4 and above manually to fix the issue.  If you are running 4.1.1.0 to 4.1.1.3, you have the problem you mention.  

     

    Please let me know if you cannot obtain that software manually for your 155.

    I was unable to download the firmware for the manual update. Could you provide that file?
