I have a RAP-2WG configured in tunnel mode and connecting back to my 651 controller. Currently everything appears to be working fine. However, I would like to configure a backup SSID for when I am traveling so that I can authenticate with a hotel's captive portal page. I have reviewed http://community.arubanetworks.com/t5/Unified-Wired-Wireless-Access/RAP-with-Hotel-Captive-portal/td-p/18888 (the link in that discussion appears to be dead) and https://arubanetworkskb.secure.force.com/pkb/articles/HowTo/R-511. However, I still m struggling to get the backup SSID setup.
Can this be done through the GUI of the controller or does it have to be done via a SSH connection? Once I establish a SSH connection to the controller, do I need to be in enable mode?
Please try the article here: https://arubanetworkskb.secure.force.com/pkb/articles/HowTo/R-32
It does it strictly through the commandline, however...
Thanks cjoseph! I will give that a shot.
