    Hello,

I've configured some RAP on my controller, made an SSID etc...

I've an external DHCP Server and a Relay on my Controller but I've an issue with the end users. They can't obtain an IP. I can see the DHCP request coming from my end user to my DHCP Server, the DHCP Offer coming on my controller but it seems that it's not forwarded to my end user.

    Could you help me please?

Is the SSID tunneled?  Is the user role permitting DHCP with an "allowall" acl?

    Hello,

Yes the SSID is tunneld and the user role is authenticated -> allows DHCP.

I have 2 devices getting DHCP address and the others aren't, I really don't get it

    Regards

    Hello,

I think that I found the origin of the issue. The DHCP request if coming from the controller-ip and the answer from the DHCP Server is coming back from the VRRP VIP of the cluster.

As the users are loadbalanced on both controllers of the cluster, the DHCP reply arrives on the 1st controller but not on the second.

How could I fix this? Do I need to disable the loadbalancing for the users?

If yes, how can I do that?

    Regards,

Are you doing clustering with RAP?  What version of ArubaOS is this?

Did you provision the public IP address for each controller when you added it to the cluster?

What interface is the helper address on?  It should be on the router interface on the client vlan.
