Hi all, I have a simple IAP134 Mesh point/portal, im going to convert to controller based.  At the point end can I have 105's configured as RAP's , for access back to the controller ? Any reason why not ??

    Thanks

An AP-105 over an IAP 134/135 mesh? It should be fine so long as the 105 knows how to find the controller.

Cheers Jerod, yes I guessed as much, they are alredy configured as RAP's but intermittently drop off the network, Mesh seems ok but not sure what sort of latency/dropout would mean Raps would reboot ??

Hi, could you please tell me what is the reboot or bootstrap info you see from ap debug system-status output?

You may also want to set the IAPs to a static channel and power and disable ARM to see if maybe you are hitting some channel changes that are dropping the RAP link.
