    Hi,

I have a RAP2WG and my new controller running image version 6.3.1.4. Now when I provision my rap to the controller it seems the rap was successfully provision but in the status it says that the rap is disconnected from the controller. Then when I open the diagnostics and ping the controller ip I can able to ping the controller from the rap2. But the rap is keeps in rebooting every 5 minutes so I suspect that the rap has no sync to the controller. I get the datapath session below something there that says that the port 4500 has no sync. Can someone help me to understand more and give ideas how to troubleshoot more on this issue and get this resolve.

    Joe1979,

    Two questions:

    - Did you try provisioning other devices besides the RAP2WG as RAPS?

    - Did the RAP2WG work on previous code?

Type "show log system 50" on the commandline to get an idea what could be going on...
