    I am looking for RFP related specs for Aruba Instant, which should give Aruba an advantage over other competitors. Please help.

    are you a partner?
    If yes, on the partner portal there is lots of good material for you.
    If not, I suggest talking to your sales rep or SE to figure out the best way to position Aruba.
