Hello, I'm new to Aruba wireless and I have a question about what is the best method of troubleshooting some of the issues. I will sometimes throughout the day get major ping spikes in my environment and I'm not able to determine the issue. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Wireless traffic is bursty AND shared.  Ping spikes reflect that phenomenon.  It is perfectly normal.  If someone launches a speedtest, there will be less shared bandwidth for everyone and latency will increase.

The challenge is to baseline your network and determine what response time is normal.
