Hi We have wired issues randomly wireless users specifically Mobiles (IPhone mostly) says user is connected to wireless but no connectivity network.

user-table shows the user entry but not able to ping any where. User disconnect and re-connects everything works.

other users connected to the AP has no issues at the same time.

I see the below log at the time of  issue in user-debug of the device

    1) after successful authentication as the client roamed to different AP

    Jun 7 11:12:09 :522137: <DBUG> |authmgr| Sibyte-xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:22/xx.xx.xx.26 : No match for User-Agent: CommCenter/4995.1 CFNetwork/811.5.4 Darwin/16.6.0.

Not sure if "No Match for User-Agent has any importance of the log.

Any other suggestion what look for the issue.

The user agent is not at fault here.

Are you dropping broadcasts at the Virtual AP or have Broadcast Filter ARP enabled in the IAP?  Some devices lose connection when they are starved for bandwidth and dropping broadcasts could help with that significantly.

Yes I do drop broadcast in VAP and enabled bc-mc optimization on the vlan

You have not given much information to understand what could be going on. Is this the only device with problems? How often does the issue happen?

With regards to Device we hear mobile devices are effected but we are monitoring couple IPhones placing them in user-debug.

from the logs the issue is happened after the client raom from one AP to another AP (client-trail-info)

management frames of the AP associated shows AP has successfully sent association response nothing after that.

And the user-debug the log shows after successful authentication 11:06:44 around 11:12

    Sibyte-6XX:XX:XX:XX:22/XX.XX.XX.26 : No match for User-Agent: CommCenter/4995.1 CFNetwork/811.5.4 Darwin/16.6.0.

You should have only a single encryption type to avoid issues.
