Rap Certificate based and IKE parameters

    Can we use custom certificates for Rap provisioning ?

    also for  IKE Phase 1 and 2 parameters can we chnage the enryption and other settings like Aes 128 or 256 bit etc.

    I don't believe custom certs are possible.

    Yes, you can modify the transform set under configuration > advanced services > VPN services.
