    The antenna connectors serve both frequency bands. You would typically use a dual band three element antenna.

     

    what's the user case for this?

    ok friend, but can these iap's can also works as a direction and omnidirection?

    let me explain you what i want to do.

    i have 2 diferent buildings and are separate about 70 meters.

    i need to make a mesh network but if i want to join this two networks (they are in the same network) i want to join them using 2 iap 114 as a bridge mode and works in 5.0 ghz bandwitch.

    finallly the land network ha to work in 2.4 ghz.

    is this posible?

    I think it would be better to use the IAP104 for that.  They have separate connectors for each band.  You would connect the directional to the 5ghz connectors and the omnis to the 2.4ghz connectors.
