I'm seeing poor channel quality with some of my APs in controller dashboard.

What might be the cause for poor channel ?

    Screeshot attached.

For the three access points, it looks like it is because you have more than 40 users on the same access point.  For the first access point, it also looks like it is also because the channel utilization is high.

What does the poor quality mean ?

I tried to find the definition in user guide but could not get it.

I am not sure there is a specific definition....  In your situation, I am assuming it is because of high client count and high channel utilization.

But for the second access point there are 30 user on 5 GHz radio, and 14 on 2.4 GHz radio, channel utilization is also low. These APs are 335 so I guess they can handle that much load in one radio.

Any idea based on what parameter its showing quality POOR, and which quality (user NIC/ throughput/ high packet drops/ retransmission ) its talking about ?

Anything would be helpful. Having a hard time to explain this to customer.

If you click on "Help" in the upper right hand corner, all of the green titles become clickable and can explain the legend:
