    Hi Everyone,

Can some explain what this means in the Rebootstrap logs

    event: REDUN_EVENT_TUNNEL_UP, cur_state: REDUN_STATE_TUNNEL_LMS, function: redun_tunnel_up(5266)]

    hi Edgar

It means that there is a problem between the controller of the IP that you masked out and the AP, at a glance I would say you have just a single masterip/lms-ip configured, and it's constantly reboostrapping. The time seems just shy of 2 hours,  is this by any chance a RAP ? does this AP have significant rebootstraps showing in "show ap debug counters" ?

    regards

    Thanks Jeff,

But this is RAP-3WN remote access point, and it is having lots of bootstrapping and also we have an LMS IP configured.

    hi Edgar

RAP3WM is a RAP, it has ipsec rekey time 2 hours - it might be a factor. Please profile the rebootstraps, are they always at the same interval (i.e. timestamp and also the value in the missed heartbeat message) ? just this RAP or others ? Is this RAP behind any type of NAT device, does it need to have VPN passthrough enabled

When i mentioned the LMS IP i just meant you dont have any bkup-lms configured

For now, please look into any pattern or regularity in the reboostraps, that should give a clue where to look next.

    regards
