Remote site PSK failing

I have a remote site with 3 remote access points. The network there is a PSK network, where all the user traffic stays local(bridge mode).

Occasionally one of the access points will stop accepting new logins and will give an authentication error. Clients who were already attached when this issue starts are fine.

Rebooting the AP seems to be the only way to fix it.

I am running 8.3.0.8 on my controller, in case that matters.

Any help figuring this out would be great...thanks.

When a device is unable to authenticate, enable user-debug for the client by MAC address. Have the device retry to connect (assuming it will still fail). Then run:

    1. show auth-tracebuf mac <client mac address>
    2. show ap remote debug mgmt-frames ap-name <ap-name> client-mac <client mac address>

Please provide the output - it should show both the authentication process (with any reason why it failed) and the full 802.11 mgmt frames for association.
